Return & Refund

At Ogan.store, we always aim to bring maximum satisfaction to customers. In case you are not completely satisfied with the purchased product, we are ready to support you through a clear and transparent return and refund policy.

1. 30-day return

You can request a return within 30 days of receipt if the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be in unused condition, intact, with no signs of damage, washing or change in shape compared to the original.
  • The product must have intact tags and packaging as when received.
  • Provide a purchase invoice or order information from Ogan.store.

2. Product Return Process

If you want to return the product, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Ogan.store via email [email protected] and provide the order information and the reason for return.
  • Once we confirm your request, you will receive specific instructions on how to return the product to Ogan.store.
  • Returning the product: You send the product back to the address provided. Shipping costs will be paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or sent by mistake on our part.
  • Inspecting the product: Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect the condition of the product to ensure it is eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Policy

Once the return is accepted, the refund process will take place as follows:

  • Refund time: Normally, the money will be refunded to your account within 30 business days after we confirm the return is valid.
  • Refund method: We will refund according to the original payment method you used (credit card, PayPal, Payoneer, …).
  • The original shipping cost will not be refunded, unless the error is caused by the product or by Ogan.store.

4. Products Not Applicable for Return

We do not apply the return policy for the following types of products:

  • Special discounted products, in big promotions or end of season sale products.
  • Used products or products without original packaging and tags.

5. Defective or Wrong Products

If the product you receive is defective or different from the order, we will take full responsibility and support a new one or a full refund. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product so that we can handle it promptly.

6. Cancellation of order

Orders that can be canceled within 24 hours of payment will be refunded in full. We do not accept cancellation requests after 24 hours.

We will not accept cancellation requests after the order has been shipped. You do not need to cancel your order if you just want to change the color or size of your order.
