1. How long can I return the product from the date I received it?
You can request a return within 30 days from the date of receipt if the product meets the following conditions:
The product must be intact, unused, with no signs of damage or change in appearance compared to the original product.
The product must still have the labels and packaging as received.
You will need to provide the purchase invoice or order information from Ogan.store.
2. What is the product return process?
If you want to return the product, please follow these steps:
Contact Ogan.store via email [email protected], provide the order information and the reason for return.
After confirming the request, we will send detailed instructions on how to return the product.
Returning the product: You send the product back to the address provided, the shipping cost is paid by you (except in the case of defective products or products that we sent by mistake).
Product inspection: After receiving the product, we will check the condition and confirm the return.
3. How long will it take to receive my refund?
After confirming the return, the refund process will be as follows:
Refund time: The money will be refunded within 30 working days.
Refund method: We will refund to the original payment method you used (credit card, PayPal, Payoneer, etc.).
The original shipping cost will not be refunded, unless the product is defective due to Ogan.Store.
4. Which products are not eligible for return?
We do not accept returns for:
Products on special sale or during major promotions.
Products that have been used or no longer have the original packaging and labels.
5. What should I do if the product is defective or the wrong order?
If the product is defective or different from the order, Ogan.store will be fully responsible. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods for support to exchange a new product or refund.
6. Can I cancel the order?
You can cancel the order within 24 hours of payment and will be fully refunded. We do not accept cancellation requests after 24 hours or after the order has been shipped.
7. How long does it take to process an order?
Our order processing time is 1-3 business days. In case of large orders or delays, we will contact you by email or phone.
8. How long does it take to deliver?
The estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days, depending on the delivery location. Packages will be delivered from Monday to Saturday, and a signature is required upon delivery.
9. How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $6.99 for all orders.
10. How do I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email or text message with a tracking number and a link to track your order. You can also visit the Track Your Order page on our website to check the status of your package.
