I. Return policy:

Ogan.store offers a return service for selected items. You can use this page to learn about our return policy. Most items sold on ogan.store are subject to our general return policy. However, we have different policies or requirements regarding them.

1. Time:

If you are not satisfied with the product you receive, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

2. Right of refund:

We always want you to have a positive experience every time you shop with us. We know from time to time you may wish to return items and you have the right to cancel your purchase of most items within 24 hours of placing your order. For defective items, we expect customers to notify and provide evidence within 7 days of receipt. Evidence must include:

– Unboxing video

– Image

Send it to our support center at [email protected] for further assistance. Must include information to protect customer interests. Please note that this returns policy does not affect your statutory rights and therefore does not affect your right to cancel as described above.

3. Initial condition

Note that you must return each item in the same condition as you received it. This means new items must be returned unused and undamaged. Hygiene and customer safety are important, so all items are inspected upon arrival and returns. Therefore, the following products cannot be returned under the Return Guarantee Policy (unless defective) e.g.:

Swimwear (Bikini, swimsuit);

Underwear;

Jewelry accessories;

A pair of shoes;

Bags/handbags;

Gift items, gift cards.

4. Transport:

Shipping costs to return the package will be paid by you.

You may consider sending the item back to us using a shipping method to track the status of your order.

5. Return restrictions

We will not accept returns if we notice an unusual pattern or return activity that does not comply with our Return Policy or the item(s) returned are different from the original return request, or Returned items do not match what you ordered, we may have to refuse your parcel.

In certain cases, we may be required to deactivate your account and any related accounts to prevent repeat wrongdoing and ensure fairness among our customers.

II. Refund policy:

1. Refund time:

Refund period is within 30 days from the date of receipt of the customer’s returned goods.

2. Refund method:

– We will notify you when we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether a refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll automatically receive a refund to the customer’s original payment method.

– Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.

– Once your refund is approved by us, all responsibility rests with your bank.

– If you do not wish to receive the product due to changes in personal needs, we will deduct shipping costs directly from your refund.

3. Late or missing refunds:

In case you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again then contact your credit company, it may take some time before your refund is posted official.
